DealQ

An AI note-taker records the call. It cannot help you hold the price.

Note-takers perfect the record and revenue platforms report on it. Both act after the conversation is over. Here is the whole picture, including the two rows where DealQ loses.

Where we lose

Two rows where a revenue platform wins

Pipeline analytics, forecasting and org-wide rep scorecards are the last two rows in the table, and DealQ does not do them. If that is what you are buying, buy that. Teams that keep a platform for leadership still give the people who negotiate something sharper.

How to evaluate it

Run both on your next three renewals

DealQ can listen through your machine rather than joining as a second bot, so your existing recorder keeps producing the record your CRM expects. Compare the two sets of notes on the same calls, then decide which subscription to keep.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Can we run DealQ and our note-taker on the same call?

Yes, and it is the evaluation we recommend. DealQ can listen through your machine instead of joining as a second bot, so your recorder keeps the record your CRM expects while DealQ produces the coaching.

Is live coaching just the summary shown earlier?

No. A summary describes what was said. A cue prescribes what to say, checked against the strategy you built before the call — your floor, your packages, what you decided to trade.

Does it ever give bad advice?

It will sometimes name the wrong tactic, or suggest a line that is wrong for your relationship with that account. Every cue is labelled with what it detected and reviewable in the debrief.

Does adding another AI tool to the call create a compliance problem?

Consent rules vary by jurisdiction and the obligation sits with you as the account owner. DealQ supports a visible in-meeting bot where disclosure needs to be obvious, per-session recording controls, and audio deletion within 72 hours of request.
