Questions people ask
Do I have to get a new number?
No. Verify your existing number and use it as caller ID. A DealQ number is the alternative — useful for inbound calls, WhatsApp, or a line that is not someone’s personal mobile.
Can I take DealQ calls on my mobile?
Not today. Calls ring in the browser, which is where the plan and the coaching are. You can forward a DealQ number to a phone, but that call is not coached.
Is WhatsApp calling available now?
It is in build. Phone calling is live; WhatsApp calling requires your workspace to complete Meta business verification and ships behind that. Inbound will work worldwide, outbound needs the counterpart to grant permission, and outbound is not permitted on numbers registered in the US or Canada.
Can I ring several people at once?
Yes — queue every number for a counterpart, or several counterparts, and DealQ dials up to four lines in a round. The first human to answer is connected; the rest are released, with a short announcement rather than dead air.
How is calling priced?
As a per-seat add-on with included minutes rather than metered. The exact packaging is one of the things we are settling with the first cohort.
