Negotiation coaching for sales teams, in the call rather than the review
Before the call
Prep happens, because it takes ten minutes
Reps skip prep because a blank doc at 8pm is not a process. DealQ asks for the deal and hands back interests, red lines and trade packages.
During the call
The discount gets challenged, not conceded
When the ask lands, the rep sees the tactic named and a line to answer it, checked against the floor the team agreed.
After the call
The debrief is scored, not summarised
Every negotiation comes back measured against its own plan.
Rollout
A fortnight from first call to the whole team using it
Day 1
Connect calendar and meetings
Google or Teams, one consent screen. Nothing to install and nothing for IT to package.
Day 2
Prep one live deal together
We take the renewal your team is least comfortable with and build the plan with the rep who owns it.
Week 1
Your note-taker gets switched off
Transcripts, summaries, CRM writeback and the meeting bot are already here, so the old subscription stops being paid twice.
Week 2
The whole team is prepping
One shared method, visible in the artefacts reps produce. No enablement programme, no data project.
For the person signing it off
What a sales leader gets
One method, not eleven personal styles
Every rep prepares against the same frame, so a deal review argues about the trade, not about what the rep remembers.
Coaching that points at a decision
The debrief scores the negotiation against its own plan — a better coaching artefact than a recording with timestamps.
Prep you can read before the forecast call
Interests, red lines, walk-away and the packages on the table, for any deal — without asking the rep to write a summary.
A stack that gets smaller
Note-taker, meeting bot and calls are included, so this consolidates a line rather than adding one.
FAQ
What sales leaders ask first
Will my reps actually use it?
Prep takes ten minutes and produces something a rep can take into the call. The live coaching needs no action at all.
Do we have to drop our note-taker on day one?
No, and we would not advise it. Run both for a few weeks, compare the notes, and drop the other subscription once your team trusts ours.
Does this replace our revenue platform?
Not if you rely on it for pipeline analytics, forecasting or rep scorecards — we do not build those. Teams keep a revenue platform for reporting and use DealQ for the negotiation.
What does it take from IT?
A calendar and meeting connection, both read-only, and nothing installed on a laptop. The privacy policy has the detail your reviewer will ask for.
